Payments
Are my payments secure? Can I safely enter my credit card/debit card/net banking details to order online from www.giskaa.com?
Absolutely. You can shop and pay with confidence on www.giskaa.com. All your payments are processed through PayU, a trusted and reputed Payment Gateway provider. Our shopping card and payment pages are secured through SSL encryption. You may verify this by seeing e.g. ‘https://www.giskaa.com/cart’ on your browser’s address bar.
We are strictly compliant with RBI guidelines for online payments including using ‘MasterCard 3D Secure’ PIN and 'Verified by VISA' PIN. Additionally, we do not store any of your sensitive financial/banking information e.g. CVV code.
What should I do if my payment or transaction did not complete?
There is no need to worry.
Sometimes due to technical and connectivity issues, the order amount has been debited from your bank account or credit card but your order status in My Account is showing as ‘Payment Pending’ please contact the support team at support@giskaa.com or +91.80.40944050. The support team will promptly resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If the order amount has not been debited from your credit card or bank account, please cancel the order and make a new order.
Is Cash On Delivery/COD available?
Of course. You may order online and pay in cash at the time of delivery of your parcel. Your order value should be a minimum of Rs 500 and less than Rs 2,500 to qualify for Cash On Delivery.
Is there an extra fee for Cash On Delivery orders?
Yes. Cash On Delivery orders carry a minimal additional fee of Rs 49 per order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my address?
We ship to all major cities and towns in India. The best way to find out whether we can ship to your pincode is to use the ‘Check pincode for delivery’ option available on every product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to international locations. For shipping to international locations, you may add items to your shopping cart and then contact support via email at support@giskaa.com or Chat or call us at +91.80.69416941. You may also email us at support@giskaa.com with details of the specific items you are interested in with quantities. We would then get back to you with shipping costs and a payment link. You may use any international Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit card to make the payment.
Please note that there are certain items which are restricted for international shipping, e.g. certain food items, depending on the destination country.
When will you deliver my purchase?
Most items are delivered within 3-5 working days within India. However, some items may take longer up to 7-10 working days or 15-30 working days for heavier and large items like carpets. This estimated delivery days is clearly shown on the individual product pages.
Shipping to international locations will take longer, upto 10-20 days depending on the destination country.
You will receive an SMS or Email notification with an estimated delivery date as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You may also track your order online by clicking Orders in the My Account section.
Is free shipping available on www.giskaa.com?
Free shipping is applicable if the total order value is Rs 1,000 or more for delivery within India. For individual items priced below Rs 1,000 you will see the note "Free shipping not applicable for this item" on the product page. However, once the total order value of your shopping cart is Rs 1,000 or more, shipping costs will be automatically waived off. You can verify this by viewing your Shopping Cart.

How can I cancel an order?

When can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before the status of an order changes to ‘Order Confirmed’. You will receive an SMS to your registered mobile number once your order is confirmed. You can also check the order status in My Account -> Orders. Once the status of an order has changed to ‘Order Confirmed’ cancellation is no longer permitted.
When will I receive a refund for an order that I cancelled?
Refunds will be processed within 5-21 working days. The refund will be credited to the account or mode of payment used by you while placing the order.
When can I return an item?
Please click on the + Register link on the top of the page. All you need to provide is your Name, Phone and Password. Please provide a correct mobile number as SMS notifications regarding your order will be sent to the registered mobile number. Though it is not mandatory to provide your email address, it is advised that you do so as email notifications like invoice are sent to your registered email address.
Alternatively, you can also log in using your Facebook or Google account. Please click the appropriate button on the Log In page.

To purchase on www.giskaa.com you need not register and create a user account. You may also purchase by checking out as a Guest User. However, registering and having a user account ensures a faster checkout process. You may also track the status of your order anytime by logging into your account if you are a registered user. After logging in click on the link ‘Hi Name’ on the top of the page to access your account. For example, ‘Hi John’.
How do I view or track my orders?
Access the My Account page and click on the Orders link. Here you will be able to see all your orders. By clicking on a particular order you will be able to view details or see tracking details.
